Today, the call went out from Luckie Daniels over at Our Georgia Roots and Our Alabama Roots for slave data to be posted online to help bridge the digital divide. In response to her request, I've opted to post any and all researched documents that I have here on my blog.
I have begun to post some documents online related to my family in Mississippi. However, as per Luckie's request, I will be posting all the documents I have from my research in Mississippi and Alabama. The specific counties I am working in are Adams and Wilkinson Counties, MS and Dallas and Autauga Counties, AL.
I sincerely hope that these records will help someone locate their family or make a connection.
